Skill (EDA Software)
Skill is a heavily LISP inspired programming language developed by Cadence as apart of their various EDA Suites.
It's design is largely inspired by NS, utilizing parts of the NS source, with the development supported by Neil Weste after he was approached by the founder Jim Solomon following his talk; “OK, if these CAD tools are so great, why isn't my chip design on schedule?” at the 1994 IEEE International Conference on Computer Design.
