====== Skill (EDA Software) ====== Skill is a heavily LISP inspired programming language developed by as apart of their various EDA Suites. It's design is largely inspired by , utilizing parts of the NS source, with the development supported by after he was approached by the founder following his talk; "OK, if these CAD tools are so great, why isn't my chip design on schedule?" at the 1994 IEEE International Conference on Computer Design.
